In the case of large sizes, it may not be possible to manufacture with just one sheet even when using the maximum size of the corrugated plastic sheet. However, both the lid and tray can be produced in your desired size by joining three corrugated plastic sheets with a polypropylene frame. ■ To make it portable, handles have been attached to both the tray and the lid. Additionally, the lid and tray can be secured together with Velcro. ■ To prevent lateral shifting when the lid is placed on the tray, ribbed corners are used on the tray. ■ To prevent slipping during stacking, non-slip rubber is attached to the corners of the lid.
